The Purpose of KSOM

KSOM exists primarily to assist ministers, and those seeking credentials, who can’t afford to attend Bible College, with completing the required studies for credentials. It is also open to Lay people, and Ordained Ministers who wish to continue their education.

At KSOM, there are eight levels of study:

  • Certified Ministry Studies
  • License Ministry Studies
  • Ordained Ministry Studies
  • Youth Workers
  • Children’s Workers
  • Diploma of Biblical Studies
  • Continuing Education for Ordained Ministers

The Costs of KSOM

  1. One-Time enrollment fee of $25 per level of study
  2. The Cost of each KSOM session is $60 registration fee plus the textbook(s)

How does KSOM work?

All sessions are held at Camp Crestwood. Sessions begin on Friday evening and conclude on Saturday afternoon.

Receiving a passing grade and completing a course consists of three components:

  1. Completing the study guide prior to the teaching sessions (40%)
  2. Attending both the Friday and Saturday teaching sessions (10%)
  3. Passing the test (50%)

Transcripts are kept for each student.
